You do. We just own the platform. In other words, you buy the design of your site, but our software and CMS are licensed to you for the period of your subscription. That means you can take a snapshot of your site and sly off to another UK web host.
But if you do that, you won't be able to update your site through our CMS - so you will need to set up an alternative system.
